Most office interactions and communication centers around business strategies and daily tasks. But sometimes it’s nice to get to know the team on a more personal level. As people develop relationships, they can provide more meaningful feedback, offer authentic praise, and grow beyond expectations.

HUGE Utah Jazz Fan
Despite decades of close calls and disappointment… I remain steadfast in my support and excitement of the Utah Jazz. I’m a big fan of the entire NBA and keep close tabs on all the big players from all the contending teams. So regardless of your NBA team, I’m happy to speculate and hypothesize.

Creative writing
I love to write (which is why I pursued a career that involved writing). So, when I have spare time, I like to write short stories and novels for fun. Nothing is published as of now, but it continues to be one of my goals.
Cooking
I am by no means a chef… but I enjoy it all the same. Now, to clarify, I am NOT a baker. That takes a much more intricate skill set and patience, which I don’t possess. But I enjoy watching MasterClasses to teach me how to improve my home cuisine.
Traveling
There are two types of travelers: relaxers and tourists. I am the former. I just want to lounge on a nice warm beach and recharge the batteries. My wife is a tourist, so she likes to see historic monuments, theme parks and other sight-seeing attractions.
